Presets not saving some data

I'm on Windows XP, with Monome Serial 0.2.1.3 and a 64.
For some reason, presets never store octave or loop/shot/slice data. Everything else works fine, but when I store the preset, then switch back to it later, all the octaves have been reset to 0 and all the tracks have been set to "loop."
As a side note, when in fullscreen mode, you can't see the text window when you save presets. You can just type in a name and press enter, but if you don't realize that there's a text window you can't see, you might wonder why MLR seems to have frozen. :)
