does not play at all even in standalone
Reported by quangstuh | October 1st, 2009 @ 04:23 PM
i choose my monome type, then click on dac (output type m-audio interface), then i load a sample into the first row. i push the first button on that row, and group one light turns on but the button i pushed stays lit. same as if i would rewire, but when i rewire it into ableton, the play button is on and i have to change my clock soucre to internal for the tempo light to light up. i have an old version of mlrV, which has the "+8 row" window option and it works fine without rewire.
i also installed the x-groove thing.
i was reading a open ticket and it's basically the same problem
i have.

when you load mlrv does anything show up in the max window?
when you turn on dac is the CPU usage meter moving (ie. not zero) > if it's not, try reselecting your interface in the dropdown menu > this will reinitialise the driver and it may be your problem.
also, try re-selecting 'internal' in the clocksource menu

xgroove~ is not properly installed.
double check you've followed the instructions correctly.as you're on windows you need to install the .mxe file (not .mxo)
i can't remember if this is included in the current update > if it's not, there is a link to it in the thread on the monome forum
