Individual routing of groups to seperate soundcard outputs.
6 Groups.

I am interested too.
And I'm trying these days to modify the mlrV patch. So I would like to know who is interested to work with me about this feature. And also know users need about that (matrix routing? , etc...)

output routing is available for all channels (including input, delay and master).
access is via the drop-down menu in each volume fader. they all say 'master' when you load mlrV but you can click them and it displays all the available outputs of the hardware you have loaded in DSP settings.
if you are just after the 6groups versionn of this - it is on the way.
